(1) On 21 May 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors resolved to approve the dissolution of Innopolymed Company Limited (IMD) and on 10 June 2025, an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of IMD passed a resolution to approve the dissolution. The registration of dissolution was completed in 2025.
(2) On 25 November 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors resolved to approve the disposal of investment in WHA Industrial Estate Rayong Company Limited (WHAIER) to WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited (WHAID) at the proportion of 40%, which is the entire shareholding held by the Company. The transaction is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2026.
