The Board of Directors of IRPC Public Company Limited ("Company") has passed the significant resolutions, at the Board of Directors' meeting No. 15/2008 held on December 16,2008, which can be summarized as follows:
The Board has appointed Dr. Pailin Chuchottaworn to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer effective from January 1, 2009 succeeded Dr. Piti Yimprasert whose his term will be completed on December 31, 2008. The appointment term is 3 years.
